There are many things that we can do for fun, sports, creative activities etc and they can be really helpful and therapeutic at times.

There's lots of hobbies for different people. I personally really enjoy swimming and reading (which probably aren't the most exciting things!)
But is there anything you have always enjoyed? E.g. at school - were you in to art/drama/dancing? There's lots of clubs available for lots of different activities.
