Kathleen have given some excellent advice already. Just to echo what she's said, it's so positive that you're reaching out for support. I'm really glad you found The Mix and I hope we can help support you through this.
We have an article on our website about self-harm coping tips and distractions which you find helpful to read through. Have you tried any coping tips that Kathleen has suggested or any mentioned in this article before?

have you tried the app Calm Harm. ? https://calmharm.co.uk/ It may be helpful. Lots of things work differently for others. Theres always a reason for self harming and while coping skills help - they dont get rid of the reason.
