Hi everybody.... 
I have sturuggled a few years of how i feel i had a breavement in my family a couple of years ago and not dealt with it every well. I feel like i cant speak to my family as they will worry about me and i also have alot going on personally and i feel like that is also taking its toll on me

    Maybe somethings don't get better, but we do. We get stronger. We learn to live with our situations as messy and ugly as they are. We fix what we can and we adapt to what we can't. Maybe some of us will never fully be okay, but at least we're here. We're still trying. We're doing the best we can. That's worth celebrating too ❤

    sorry to hear what you are going through and about your bereavement. Have you heard of the charity Cruse? https://www.cruse.org.uk/ . From what i know ( i think) - in some areas they offer counselling to those going through a bereavement. With any type of bereavement and heard someone had help from it and that it really did help them. & they offer different types of support
