Anyone used SuperBetter?

Heard about this app called SuperBetter from a Ted talk and have just downloaded it https://www.superbetter.com/
It turns getting better (in a number of ways but focuses on mental health) into a game which sounds odd but it actually seems pretty good... helps identify your triggers and self care techniques so can better look after yourself.
Has anyone else used it, or if you give it a go let me know what you think?
