Tired of trying
Tired of seeing the same damaged self
The world we live in, I feel scared for my daughter
I can’t talk freely of the dark and despairing thoughts on my mind right now because it’s too vulnerable, to angry and too unsafe here, nobody really wants to hear it
I never say I’m going to do something, impulsive, I just do it
Being impulsive is scary in itself
For reassurance I’m not doing anything on impulse, the pain deep within, the sadness in my heart, it hurts to breathe sometimes, the anger holding itself back in my throat
