I can see you're really in distress with this so just try and calm down.
While most stimulants lead to impotence and a decrease in size it seems they can get bigger again if you stop taking the substance.
How much of a decrease in you notice will depend on how much and how long you took it.
I'm really not well educated on drugs but I'm sure there's forums out there and more people on here who can offer more insight.
Try to relax, it's likely you will regain some if not all of your size back and it's not the end kf the world if you don't, we're all here if you need any further support
