Hello,

Haven't posted in quite some time. I am really struggling with my mental health and cannot cope after 7 years of struggling.. I feel as if I have come to the end, everyday I just breathe, I don't eat anymore, I don't look after myself and I cannot cope. I can't anymore

    I'm so sorry you're feeling this way Kayden, Do you know what has made you feel like this? like has anything triggered it? Just know you are stronger than these thoughts, you can beat them. you've survived 100% of your bad days, you can survive this too <3
