Developing relationships online vs face-to-face

Hey everyone,
Is developing a relationship with someone you met online any different/any harder than forming a strong relationship with someone you meet face-to-face?
Look forward to hearing your thoughts!
Maybe somethings don't get better, but we do. We get stronger. We learn to live with our situations as messy and ugly as they are. We fix what we can and we adapt to what we can't. Maybe some of us will never fully be okay, but at least we're here. We're still trying. We're doing the best we can. That's worth celebrating too ❤

For me i find it literally equal and no different. I cant make friends online or face to face lol. I love speaking to people in general on like forums and like at work and find that equally as easy to speak to people and form that relationship — but hard to form ‘strong’ friendships compared to others - like some people get their number and meet up and consistantly talk - i just keep my distance for some reason. But when i was more sociable i used to have online friends and meet up & the relationship was the same. And usually still like the person lol. Because they still are the same person, maybe might be a bit more shy but once speak more face to face is same so not sure on the difference. But yeah probably wouldnt do that now. And i am maybe too much of a distant isolated person now to answer on “strong relationships” part. But am trying to work on that.
Sadly. Wish i had friends but dont think anyone in world right now would call me their friend if tbey was asked who their friends are. Which yeah saddd. 🙃🙃🙃
