    A friend of mine was talking to me about this the other day - a really interesting find. Not many apps like this out there.
    With any app, but particularly ones like this where you might share very personal information, it's worth making sure you're happy with the privacy policy. Aware you might have already done that, but thought I'd throw it in for the sake of others reading. :)

    when if first read the title i thought it it said YOPA as in like the house selling company  :)

    I think I've been using this app for like a month now and it's really great. It also encourages you to talk to someone if things start to get really bad. I think that the mental health tests are good. It's good to be reminded to monitor things like depression and anxiety levels every couple of weeks.
