I strong suggest that you phone your doctor's surgery and ask to speak with another doctor. It doesn't hurt, neither is it wrong to seek a second opinion! :)  And you may find a more sympathetic doctor who has a radically different approach to the medications you're presently prescribed.

    Hi Meggles,

Sorry to hear how you are feeling at the moment, it sounds really hard for you. Its great that you have decided to speak out on here about how your feeling its a great step to getting some help. You spoke about anxiety medication which you were on isn't helping have you tried any other things to help with the anxiety?

It's a great idea which floxy suggested about seeing another doctor if you aren't happy with the one your seeing at the moment. I have personally experienced this and have finally found a doctor which is great and helpful.

Are there any things which help you to feel better for a short space of time and distract you from the thoughts and feelings which you are having?

Hope to here from you soon.
