Vanilla update: boards downtime

Hey everyone,
If you didn't catch our previous update on the Vanilla migration, have a quick read of it and then come back to this post.
We're still on schedule for the Vanilla migration, beginning on the 22nd (next Tuesday). We'll be transferring a tonne of data during those two days, which means the boards will be down from Tuesday afternoon to Thursday evening. We can't give exact times, but it will be somewhere around then.
If you'd like some support during this time, you can still get in touch with our helpline team via email, webchat or phone, and group chat will be unaffected and running as usual. For those of you under 19, you can also visit Childline and check out the multitude of services they offer. For those of you over 18, Elefriends is an online community run by Mind which we'd recommend taking a look at.
If anyone has any questions before then, just let us know below.
