Update - There's been some technical difficulties launching Chatwee onto our website so we will not be moving to Chatwee on Thursday. We're really sorry for the delay in Chatwee, thanks so much for your patience.
Hey everyone!
A while ago we announced that we'd be moving to a new chat software called Chatwee. As soon as we know a date for launching, we'll update this thread to let you know.
We want to thank you all for being so patient while we get our new chat software ready.
For the few days of launching, we'll be extending chats for an extra 15 minutes so you have more time to explore and get used to the new software. We'll be using the first 15 mins of these extended chats to explore the new software. Chat's will be finishing at 9.45pm.
We've attached a user guide for Chatwee which you can have a read through and learn all about how to use it and the exciting new features!
