Maybe somethings don't get better, but we do. We get stronger. We learn to live with our situations as messy and ugly as they are. We fix what we can and we adapt to what we can't. Maybe some of us will never fully be okay, but at least we're here. We're still trying. We're doing the best we can. That's worth celebrating too ❤

    Nice to see some of the other team members, how big is the whole team roughly?
    We only get to see a small handful.

    EDIT: I saw that Russell Brand is in the staff team, been keeping up with The Mix but didn't expect to see him listed :p

    I believe the team is very small. Under 40 paid staff. Am I right @themix

    The team is very small, I think with under 40 paid staff. Someone tell me that's right haha @Mike

    @Jellyelephant - All of us three are laughably shy and camera-averse. :p

    @Jess101 - 40 is about right, yep! About half of those work on our Services teams (Community, Helpline and Counselling), and the other half are based more behind the scenes (Fundraising, Content, Marketing and Tech).
    All behaviour is a need trying to be met.
    The truth resists simplicity.
