Just a quick update, unfortunately I've been hospitalised because of severe deterioration with my mental health and on my phone I can't access chats with mobile data 
I hope it's not for too long but all of you remember to take care of yourselves, be kind to yourselves and know you are worth it 
a lot of you guys have become huge support networks and friends so I'll speak soon

If you'd like to talk some more about what's going on you're more than welcome to or we can help try to keep you busy in the mean time because we all know how boring/distressing hospital can be.
