    Maybe somethings don't get better, but we do. We get stronger. We learn to live with our situations as messy and ugly as they are. We fix what we can and we adapt to what we can't. Maybe some of us will never fully be okay, but at least we're here. We're still trying. We're doing the best we can. That's worth celebrating too ❤

    Hi all,

    Thank you for the birthday wishes but i had a very traumatic birthday. Went out drinking and got so drunk that i couldnt remember anything that happened and had a 2 day hangover.. in that period i had an episode of psychosis in front of all the people living here and they called on call to come see me which i dont even remember. I almost got sectioned as i got taken back to hosp yesterday by police after running away the first time. Refused input from crisis team today and overdosed today currently on way to hospital. Very screwed up week.

    Ooh Kayden, this sounds really rough. :( It sucks to hear that your birthday wasn't quite the special day we were all wishing for you!
