Christmas can be great fun with lots of frolics and festive activities but some people really struggle at Christmas.

so this thread is for anyone who needs support today.

    This is such a lovely idea for a thread, thank you Louisa!

    I'm running on 0 sleep, which is a mare, and having an impact on how I feel, can just sense it's going to be a miserable day. How are you doing, Lou?

    Feel like we need a general christmas chat thread, to help people with distractions and just engage in light-hearted conversation. To tired to start one though ;)

    Gah 0 sleep is never nice :( Maybe trya dn grab some alone time in amongst the chaos too. I'm allright, tuking in to my bisicuits! :P x

    I've tried to stay strong and hold it together all day, but I miss my Nanna so much. It's the second Christmas without her. It's not getting any easier, like what people have told me. :(

    Uff, sleeping on the floor can be really tough on joints especially if you're already having some problems - I wonder if some gentle stretching might help, and have a warm bath if you can to soothe the pain, maybe some extra cushions too? Hope you feel better soon *hug*
