What's so funny about mental illness?
How come every other organ in your body can get sick and you get sympathy, except the brain?
Watched this video recently with Ruby Wax talking about issues surrounding the stigma attached to mental health.
She comes up with some really interesting explanations and conveys the potential impact of not talking about mental health openly. It's fairly old but relevant, and found it quite powerful and eye-opening!
