Hiya Everyone! :wave:

I will be doing a live TV interview on prime time TV very soon but never ever had a TV interview before. Has anyone got any tips?

All tips will be appreciated :thumb::yes:

Forgot to say!! - The interview is about the increase in depression and low self-esteem issues among teenage girls

    All i can say is that the programme i may have my interview on is on ITV and is on at a prime time and its a show on in the morning.

    Okay, I think one thing to bear in mind is that topics like this are discussed a lot nowadays and people are becoming increasingly desensitised to them. Depending on the objective of your appearance you should maybe consider what you can say that will make people sit up - that's what I meant anyway, I understand it's not easy though.

    Yes i understand that @Sharpenski - i am using my personal story to help engage the audience more and i wont be having the interview alone as i will be with a medical professional

    What do i wear? got any suggestions? just because apparently due to the lighting the camera can pick up some colours on camera making them look different.
