Tuesday 10th May - Drop in to Support Chat from 8pm

Support chat will be on tonight from 8pm until 9.30pm.
The Mix chat room is a place to come and help your fellow Mix members as best you can by listening to the problems they share and offering your support and ideas, even just a virtual hug.
Or, if you have something on your mind then you can also ask the group for their help.
There will be two moderators on hand to oversee the session and they'll let you know when it's time to get support - chats start and finish with a group question usually from the mods to break the ice and also to help everyone leave on something upbeat.
If you've not been to chat before feel free to ask any questions about it here - you can also remind yourself of the group agreement and guidelines for getting the best out of chat here: http://www.themix.org.uk/chat/chat-guidelines
