Half tech/half student issue!

I cannot get the refworks plugin to install on my mac (plugin for firefox). It seems to be a .xpi file which i haven't got anything to open it with and it does seem to have its own installer.

Helps!

Open Firefox and select the menu option on the far right of the toolbar (3 lines, called a "Hamburger"), select Add-ons. There's a cog with a dropdown option on it next to the "Search all add-ons" box. Select "Install Add-on from file...", select the .xpi file, then restart Firefox when alerted.
