if u get granted gaurdianship from a judge. then mom posted on facebook the judge let a complete stranger kidnapped her daughter. can I sue for libel

I'm sorry to hear what you're going through, it sounds like a stressful time for you and that the child's mother is struggling to cope with the decision that's been made.
