Ice Skating tips for Beginners?

So my friends have decided to go ice skating this Saturday. Thing is I don't know how to ice skate. I've only been twice in my life and I was very young (like 5). Im willing to give it a shot, but will probably make a fool of myself :hyper:

Any tips?

    Relax when you're on the ice. Locking up and being terrified of falling will make you likely to fall. Just start slow and go with the flow. Watch some videos on youtube or something on the best way to skate and most importantly how to stop! Likewise with stopping, don't be scared to fall. I've skated since I was a kid but I still get scared when on the ice - mostly because of other people who don't know how to skate haha.
