If you had to the choose the food of just one country to live off for the rest of your life, what would you choose?

Any reason is fine - taste, health, culture, variety ...

I think I would go have to go for Mexican.

    So close between Italian and Indian, but I'm gonna have to go with Italian. Going to echo Hann and say my life is basically pasta and pizza. :p But every now and then, (usually when I'm out) nothing beats good quality Indian food.

    I have quite a few Kalymnian recipes that were Mummy's, distinct variations on the standard Greek. What I will do is post a new thread. Erm, forum downtime shenanigans allowing. :p
