PM space reduced

Why has my PM space been reduced?

    I tried, but I can't because of my inbox being full!

    If it's a permanent thing, that's fine because I'll go through and work out what 400 messages or so I can delete to make space, but otherwise I'll hold off.

    Hope it's okay to use this thread. Just out of interest, where does it actually tell you about the PM space and how much you've used up?

    Hey butterfly,

    It doesn't look like it's possible to see how much PM space you have.
    But I can tell you that if you've posted more than 500 times, you have space for up to 100 PMs :)

    I tried to send one and it's told me how many I've got, so tried to delete them but it isn't letting me? Please can you clear the inbox for me if that's possible?

    Hi butterfly - we can delete your PMs for you, but that would mean deleting all of them permanently.
    The alternative is to wait until the delete function works properly again (we're not sure how long that will take).
    I realise that neither is ideal - apologies!

    Which would you prefer?
