What have you done today, which has made you proud? It can be big or small...sometimes the smallest things need the most celebration.

I went to the post office and posted things to two very close friends. It was busy but I did it.

    I had a lie in until 11:30, as an attempt to try and kick this cold off. I know it sounds lazy, but I've been putting work ahead of me all week - so it's an achievement for me.
