legal experiences on false arrest
Hi , I am man 60 year old , I had a DUI last year and was arrested one day for an underterment reason, and after 4 weeks in jail was finally told what the offense was . all is over now and offence was a malitious procecution that could have been done out of court. but that is past now, my question is is there any ecourse i have as I was jailed without a charge for over 3 weeks
