Has anyone here taken it, what were your experiences? I'm tempted to try it as a pick me up but after reading the huge list of possible side effects and medicines it interacts with (even though I'm not on any) I'm a bit hesitant. I'd be interested to hear any experiences

I haven't had much experience of St John's Wort but thought I'd add a link to some info from Mind in case it was useful to you or anyone else.
Could be worth having a chat with your GP about it if you're on other medications - just to be on the safe side.
