Rant about Selfishness

I don't know where this should go but I just needed to vent/rant about the selfishness of other people. I have been extremely loyal to "x" and will do whatever they want/need; yet, when I ask for a bit of flexibility/willingness back for something that is very important to me, I just get it thrown back in my face and given obstacles put in my way as to why I can't do it. I'm sick to death of people being effing selfish :banghead: what happened to give and take? Rant over.
