Hi Adam how are you doing?

The anger could be caused by a number of reasons which I don't know about, but there are some ways to help deal with it if it is really beginning to bother you.

If you have a look at: http://www.thesite.org/healthandwellbeing/mentalhealth/otherconditions/dealingwithanger you should be able to find a few tips about why people might get angry (though it might not necessarily be why you are getting angry) and some ways that you can help deal with it.

There is another link outside of thesite which might be useful as well: http://www.mind.org.uk/mental_health_a-z/7985_how_to_deal_with_anger

    Hello Adam,

Welcome to TheSite.org, well really, I just wanted to echo what G said really, those links are really helpful, so worth looking at them, you said you were eleven though, TheSite.org main audience is people aged 16-25, but we also get younger to :) - I thought you might want to check out CyberMentors? http://www.cybermentors.org.uk/ - It's run by an Anti Bullying charity, but focuses on all sorts of areas, and also has trained counsellors you can talk to, and maybe explore more in-depth were you anger might be coming from.

    Best wishes,
    Angel

Hi Adam, welcome to TheSite

The others have given some great advice and links, but I just wanted to add that it's very likely that the feelings you're experiencing could be linked to puberty.

Puberty isn't just about physical changes - the changing hormones in your body also have a big effect on your moods and emotions, and it's not unusual to get more moody and angry - and to feel like your moods are swinging between different states quite dramatically.

Have a look at some of this info about puberty:

    NHS - boys and puberty

    Childline - puberty for boys

Childline also have some great support services, like online chat, forums and email/helpline, so if you feel like you'd like to talk to someone - or to more people your own age - then this might be worth checking out. Do stick around here though - like others said, we are primarily for 16-25s, but that doesn't mean younger people can't join too :)
