how do u know if u over dosed urself with tablets :nervous:

    In general one wont know until it's too late to do much about it. If someone thought they might have taken one accidentally, I'd suggest NHS Direct (if they are still going 08454647)

    If it wasn't an accident, but is something the person regrets happening then A+E might be a better bet, as one is far more likely to have taken enough to be harmfull if they were behaving compulsively or impulsively.

    no i took tablets that my doctor done for me and they said that ok to take with parecmour my support worker said it ok

    them my head was really bad iam feel too got after takeing them :O

    What drugs have you taken? I'm guessing "parecmour" is paracetamol.

    why do people say when they have taken an overdose because it look lke people are doing for a cry of help

    I thw thing what get me is when people dont understand when you take an overdose i say that you dont understand untill you have done it
