My friend wants to OD and i'm really worried about her. I am persuading her to not do it even told her to make promise to each other that if she don't do it i don't cut the whole day.
I don't really know what to tell her to change her mine i feel like crying:crying: because she's the only one that i talk to from a group that i use.
I worried alot.
I'm stupid because i don't know what to tell her more.

It sounds as though you are in quiet a difficult situation at the moment, do you think you could phone the police to get your friend some help at all?
You could also try urging your friend to call a support helpline, for example Samaritans. All you can do at the moment, is really reassure her and call for support.
You're not stupid at all PinkGirl, you seem like an amazing friend, sounds like you are struggling yourself at the moment to, how are you coping?
We have things in common, she's the one that i talk alot from the others of the group.
She called the crisis team before and i told her to do the same but she don't want them to send emergency services.
I told her about the Samaritans but she told me that she already sent them a email and and that they don't do that much.
Now she told me that she might call the crisis team. i'll have to persuade her more to do it.
Well i haven't been good. My cutting is increasing to everyday .
And i feel like everything that i'm saying is wrong
Sorry about your friend. I know how you feel because I worry when you tell me about the cutting. But that's what friends do, we worry about each other and want to help our friends feel better.
The problem is we don't always know what to say and feel helpless because of that, so then whatever we say sounds wrong. And sometimes there isn't much you can say to change another person's mind. However, we can be there for that friend, willing to listen and reassure. Let your friend know that they're not alone and that someone cares.
