    Now, this won't work! New Years Day support chat was meant to be from 8-10, on the First of January, as I quote Jo, exactly...

    Chat is on New Years Day on 2013 - that's today :)

    Angel has rightly pointed out that the time has changed from 8-10 to 7-9.

    Grrr still can't get on chat via mobile, and stupid BT open reach won't install our phone till the middle of next month! 2 month wait is crazy!
