    I've got that book. I've not read it yet though.

    Hey there,

    If you are interested in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy as well, I've recently heard from someone who teaches this professionally and this is his opinion;
    I would say that Mark Williams' Mindful Way through Depression is probably the most accessible to the most number of people with depression and anxiety, and has turned around the lives of many people in my experience. His Finding Peace in a Frantic World is a good accessible introduction for the majority of folks who are simply having a tough time in the world we live in. Jon Kabat Zinn's Full Catastrophe Living is ideal for those struggling with chronic disease/pain etc.

    Here's a link to some of these books.

    And here is a treasure hunt piccy too!

    I'm working through this (one of Fostress' recommendations, too) and finding it really helpful. I recognise a lot of the techniques from CBT but I've never been much of a meditator and it makes me want to try! Also, lots of good info on the studies behind it.

    Thank you Fostress :)

    I've just ordered ''A practical guide to finding peace in a frantic world'' that one! Considering a lot of people have said that's a good one!

    Friend gave me one of her Mindfulness books as well, so reading through that! (Would give y'all the name but it's upstairs;))
