in our house me and my brother both have an xbox, we're ment to take in turns as we can't go on at the same time as our router overheats..

is there anyway you can tell how long he's been logged into xbox live for? because he always bullshits and says he hasn't been on long when he has?

    I'd also consider getting a new router, they aren't supposed to overheat lol.

    I agree, the router would over heat at the same rate regardless of how many xboxes are on.

    It may not overheat, but maybe your router just can't handle the bandwidth of two xbox. They're dirt cheap now like £20 for a half decent one.
