This was first on TV in 2008, missed it that time round but found it online last night when I was looking for something at least a little bit educational ha. Anyone else seen it?
Really recommend it for anyone who is interested in mental health. Brings up some very interesting issues. I thought the girl that plays Ruth is very good - half way through the documentary I started thinking about the ethics of filming someone so closely when they're mentally ill, forgetting that she is played by an actress!
As a headsup, I guess some people could find it disturbing, so probs not a good idea to watch if you're not in a good place yourself.

just finished watching this.... its absolutley amazing!
and kind of inspiring aswell, at her strength.
I did have to pause for a little while to regain emotional control of myself! lol.
