Swimming - how do I stop getting water up my nose?

Over the last few months, I've had nothing but problems with phlegm and having a snotty nose. (I have a doctors appointment about this tomorrow)

If I go swimming and get even a tiny amount of water up my nose, my nose runs and I really struggle to catch my breath. Is there anything I can do so that I stop getting water up my nose?

    You should be able to buy nose clips at the pool. They not all that comfortable and they're defo not sexy, but they should do the trick.

    Buy a nose clip.

    Most swimming pools receptions sell them.
