Hairrrrr

Urhhh wondered if anyone could give me some advice. im naturally a dark blonde/mousey brown/icky colour that doesnt seem to do much for me. ive been dying it dark for a while but some ppl have said i suit blonde better and some say darker. ive got really natural rosy red cheeks (which i hate!) would it less noticeable if i was blonde or dark do u think?! also, would dying it red have a positive or negative effect on the cheeks?

I've attached some terrible photos just to show the two colours and would love love love it if some nice person would give me some ideas
