    its ok i know now ended up in hospital took them with lots of alcohol feel sooo sick mum ad 2 ring ambulance feel so awful !! h8 myself x

    What did they say at the hospital? Did they offer any sort of after-care?

    all the hospitals i know of are slow, they can't provide you with proper care, and the staff arn't friendly either. i've had experiences where staff have been extremely rude to patients, and even times when people have been refused food because the staff (and i'll try and say this nicely) couldn't be asked?

    i know it's really hard but if you feel like you want to overdose again, try to speak to someone about it and talk about how you feel. what you're doing isn't the answer. x
