Well, it sounds like a classic case of unrequited love. She doesn't sound interested in you at all or else she may have made more effort in trying to meet up for a drink.
How she handles your mutual friend isn't really anything to do with you so what do you want to 'confront' her about? I presume that she's an adult so let her just get on with her life.
And as for yourself, realise that it just isn't going to happen, stop wasting your emotions and move on. There will be someone out there perfect for you as long as you do not still hold this girl in your heart as a distraction.
if she likes you then you can try asking her out and if she doesn't you'll have to accept that and move on, plenty of fish in the sea and all that x
