I want to say demographics but I always associate that more with ethnicity and income where as, the criteria I am using is much more: age, location, marital status, how they died, if body was recovered...

Is there a word that would fit?

    I would use demographic, you could put your specific criteria in parentheses.

    Demographics covers age, where they live and marital status as well as ethnicity and income, but I'm not sure what would cover cause of death and disposition of remains.
