What and when was your first post on thesite?

This was mine:
The body can release eggs at random times. It doesn't happen very often, but occasionally eggs are released just before, during, or just after periods. Technically, an egg could have been in the fallopian tubes - where they get fertilised - when you had intercourse.

    I'm not sure if this is considered a habit, but it sure is strange: I say the word "Gzatt"! I sometimes say things like "Gzatt, why did you do this?" (I'm not talking to someone named Gzatt) or just "Gzatt" when I'm thinking about the dark parts of my past... Hehehe.

    I still do that with my fingers, but I'm trying to stop. I've tried several times in the past but I never get past 1-2 months. I don't say "Gzatt" any more though.

    However, many posts were deleted when the forums changed. My true oldest post (IIRC) was about a dream I had seen. The same dream (retold) is now in my dream journal, here.

    Now im quite a shy boy, not on the internet, cos i can talk and talk and tlak, but in real life - and thats what matters. I've had girlfriends before, but they always dump me, always so nice "its not working","lets just be friends". I understand it is hard to break up with some1, but I think its me. For 2 years now ive been single (im 14) and now every1 else is going into relationships, and im slipping into depression. I need to feel properly loved, I get on very well with my parents, but there comes a time when that isnt enough. What my main qualm is is that I dont get to talk to girls. I've been classed the 'loner' and many people in my school think im gay even tho I know im not. I can talk to some girls, but I can never seem to make the connection with them anymore, that intimate, deep feeling. I know some people say itll come when it comes, but 2 years? I have patience, but I am lonely and its getting no better.

    Hello,

    Well basicly I have been self harming since I was 6... for the first year or so it was just makeing myself bleed using pins and my nails- stuff like that.
    Then it moved on to cutting with knives, burning myself, punching myself.

    And it just gets worse and worse... I think because I started so young, it's become a part of me. I don't know what to do now, I can see no way of stopping... Is it possible to actually be unable to stop? Self harm has become part of my daily routine.

    (sorry about spelling, I find it hard)

    I'm actually amazed at how little I've changed. It took me all of about 2 days on here to start hitting on someone, which I wouldn't do now, but the rest of the early posts are very me. Nearly 8 years is a long time!

    I suppose there'll be some 10 year anniversaries next year, which is pretty impressive. (Maybe some this year too actually).
