    I dunno what it is about these kind of shows but i always watch them!

    I always feel sorry for the customer services guy/girl. There whole shift is just about getting abuse from customers. Some people are right plonkers though with all there moaning.

    yeah the poor young guy, i think he's in the liverpool one? his desk always gets surrounded by arsey people

    I love Airline, I'd love to job so I could be mean to people if they're rude "Right your banned" hahah.

    I love it when people go completely psycho at the airline staff, when its obviously and proven to be the passengers fault. In particular the argument about why T&C's are bollocks "well who reads them anyway".
