I am trying to find some good one but still not happy with available choices, so which one you are using? Please suggest me some simple text editor with subject wise notes managements?

I use Excel because it's tabbed. One line per note, then rename the tabs at the bottom to categorise. A blank XLS document always has 3 tabs but you can increase them to 8 or 9 and still have them all in view.

What exactly do you want to use it for?
