Windows 7 and Video probs

Hello everyone,

Basically if I try to use said an interactive website or video website i.e. youtube or I'm trying to run an interactive skills test, the whole browser freezes. I thought it was an incapability error so have tried Safari, Firefox and IE and also re-downloaded and installed the latest Java but I'm still having the same problems - any ideas?

Thanks in advance!

Do you think it's video specifically rather than a browser problem? If so have you updated the video driver since installing Windows 7? Also does it freeze in any other situation besides when using the browser... e.g. if you load 3d chess up?

Has this only happened recently? If so, try running System Restore back to a day/time when you knew it was working properly.

Try uninstalling Flash, following the instructions and using the tools provided by Adobe, then reinstall.
