it's too much to explain. there's loads going on.. but then.. when isnt there?
been trying to communicate to my tutors about it and they used to at least acknowledge and say thanks for keeping us informed but now they seem to be ignoring me.
my doctors just don't know what i have been through and go through. if they had a clue they would actually help me and would have helped me back then, but now it's got to the point of having so any headaches and seeing and hearing things, i have like some major anxiety attack at least once a week.. or at least the physical symptoms of them because of the fatigue there are times when i just don't feel much emotionally.
i'm nearly falling over due to vertigo.
bad health, always family stuff to worry about, stress of uni and trying to be 'normal' and socialise.. ugh no wonder i like co-codamol so much, i feel like i'm lighter with that.

    Hi,

Sorry to hear you're feeling like this at the moment. It's not easy when there's lots of things going on at the same time.

Might it help to write each thing down, try to separate each problem from the other? Look at solutions to each problem individually?

How would it be to tell your Doctors what you have been through and are currently going through? If they do not know, then it's difficult for them to help you.

You could also try talking to a University counsellor, or Student Union worker? - someone that is specifically employed to help and support students, as it may be that your tutors are not picking up on what you're communicating to them?

Take care and keep posting - :)

i am already talking to a counsellor, it helps sometimes to get stuff off my chest but i'm not sure it solves anything.

i have clearly expressed some of the things that are happening in emails, i'm annoyed that i have not received a reply. i know they can't do much, but some sort of acknowledgement would be nice, especially since i was told in the first year to let them know about these things. :grump:

next time i go to my doctor i will tell him, but i'm not sure what good it will do.

    thanks for your reply

Really glad you perservered with the tutors and are finally going to get some support. Sounds like it could be an anxious time waiting and not knowing what might happen next. I hope it isn't too long for you.

Let us know how you get on and take care
