don't know if i need to go to hospital

i have a pain at the front of my neck, that bit between the shoulders. it's uncomfortable to breath and swallow and i think i have a temperature. i'm also feeling somewhat dizzy and quite sick. my hands feel tender.

been feeling like this since wednesday

what do you think i should do?

    yeh i second that thought- i've used them a lot and the nurses are really nice and reassuring, and as well as telling you the most appropriate course of action, they also give you little bits of advise about how to manage it in the meantime, and it really calmed me down.
