Ok, so last night myself and Mr Aniseed were in bed being quite amourous and I went to move my hand down south and he told me to stop. He said there was a slight problem. I didn't see it but apparently there is a blister or a sore down there. He thinks it'll go away but I told him to get it checked out. Any ideas what it might be? I know he has very sensitive skin and we've been a bit..er..rough recently

Yeah, it could be that. But I think you're right to recommend that he gets it checked out as recommended in the foreskin fears Q&A in our askTheSite archive. It's pretty much impossible to know what it could be otherwise.
