When I try to create a new psn / go on account management, it comes up with an error
Any ideas what is wrong?

    Does the error have a number?
    Try googling it, or if there's no number, the exact words of the message. In any case, search to see if anyone else has/had the same problem.

    Doesnt matter, its some maintenance thing apparently.
