I go on holiday in a week, and back when I booked it I had all this grand plans about dropping a dress size and guess what, it did not happen. In fact I've put on a bit of weight.

Now I understand I'm not going to lose a great deal of weight in a week and anything I do manage to lose isn't going to be enough to make me feel like a slinky size 8, but is there anything I can do to make me feel better in a bikini, and not just like a blob?

    Lots of fruit and veg and water, it'll reduce any bloating so you *feel* thinner.
