this is actually doing my head in now.
ive had this really horrible bad headache for about 3 days. ive taken paracetomol, drank lots of water, got plenty of sleep, etc but nothing is working.
its actually a really bad headache and it feels like something is pulsating in my bloody brain. its my whole head thats hurting, not just one side.
everytime i go to stand up, it feels as though the blood is rushing from my feet to my head and it hurts so much
any tips to make it go away?

You may need to get it checked out with your GP, sometimes headaches can be linked with stress or may be you need a eye test
